首先，我对整理宿舍的要求是非常严格的。地上不能有土，也不能有水，起码不能让我看出来；牙杯和牙刷都要摆放整齐；盆也要排放好；床单铺平；包放在床下面等。如果该谁值日不认真，我就坚决罚她一周。所以她们打扫完时总会让我过目，合格了才行。一开始也难免得罪人，但是日久见人心，大家知道我没私心，整洁的宿舍成为大家的骄傲，我也就深得认可和拥戴了。
